The common problems or food poisoning signs which show up during a food poisoning onset are nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. These food poisoning signs cause dehydration which is very fatal. Hence it is very necessary to provide food poisoning remedies as soon as possible. I will list down three simple but effective tips which you can follow at your home. They are as follows;

1. You must not eat solid foods when you are suffering from diarrhea. In addition, avoid dairy products at any cost since they can aggravate diarrhea.

2. You must consume fluids because you lose lots of fluids due to diarrhea and vomiting. But you must take sure not to drink milk or caffeinated beverages.

When people eat those fish, the toxins will enter their bodies and they become prey to the ciguatera food poisoning. Though people of tropical and subtropical regions are more prone to this toxin, people living in other parts of the world can also get affected by food poisoning because of the increase in fish food consumption.
